The Green Hornet

I know basically nothing about the original Green Hornet so I can’t compare this to it. Seth Rogen plays a spoiled, lazy, rich kid with the depth of a pancake. After his father’s death/murder, he decides to play a bad guy in order to get rid of the really bad guys. Enlisting his father’s assistant, Kato, they zip around town killing people left and right without a care. Kato is pretty cool with his martial arts expertise and ability to jazz up a car. His idea of “front wheel drive” is a little wild.

Yet with all their technical proficiency, you’d think at least one of them would carry an iPhone so they wouldn’t have to go back to the newspaper office to find a computer for the USB flash drive in order to post incriminating evidence on YouTube. The real critics will probably blast this but the average Joe will find it mildly entertaining.
And then forget it.
