I think you’ll like it no matter if you’re a kid or a grown-up. Megamind (Will Farrell) has been cast as a villain from day one so he decides to be the baddest of them all. Once he thinks he’s destroyed the superhero, Metro Man (Brad Pitt), he finds life rather dull. He needs a reason to do evil and goes about creating an opponent. That kind of backfires along with many of his plans. Some of the lines are hilarious. Turns out bad is the other side of good.

This is one of Farrell’s best performances. Megamind has a tendency to mispronounce words, I loved the way he said “melancholy.” Tina Fey gets to be everyone’s object of affection. If you don’t know Brad Pitt is playing Metro Man, you won’t know just by his voice as it’s kind of undistinguishable (that may or may not be a word). Nevertheless, he does a good job and his kids will be proud.
